2.Function
1. The maximum temperature in the oven work area is 350 ℃.
2. The operating temperature is set at 200 ℃, with actual fluctuations within ± 2-3 ℃. The touch screen display allows users to maintain a constant temperature at 200 ℃.
3. During normal operation, the initial heating phase is accompanied by automatic opening of the air duct valve to discharge moisture. Once the set temperature is reached, the insulation phase begins, during which the door is closed. Upon reaching the set time, the system automatically enters the forced air cooling phase.
4. Forced air cooling involves opening the outlet valve and activating the high-temperature exhaust fan, while the circulating fan continues to operate (it is not shut off). This process facilitates rapid cooling of the oven as hot air is gradually replaced by cooler external air. The inlet and outlet of the airflow are equipped with hundred filters to prevent the entry of dirty air during insulation or inactive phases.
5. The touch screen interface provides real-time monitoring of the circulating fan, exhaust fan, heating pipe, inlet valve, and outlet valve, displaying their current operational status.
