1 Introduction
The bottle sterilization and cleaning process commences as the bottles are conveyed into the gas wash box, where they undergo a meticulous 180-degree flip. This strategic maneuver ensures thorough exposure to the cleansing agents within the machine. Inside the wash box, powerful jets of water shower the bottles, penetrating deep within to dislodge and remove any contaminants or impurities.
Upon completing the rotation, the bottles are flipped once again, this time passing through the air wash tank. Within this chamber, a continuous stream of compressed air is directed at the bottles, further eliminating any lingering particles or moisture. This ensures that the bottles emerge from the cleaning process impeccably clean and dry, ready for the next stage of production.
