3)working principle
a. This machine is a four-station step-type transmission system, and the intermittent disc rotating dial structure is sent to each process step by step in a group of 1 bottle, and the separation and delivery of the bottle is automatically completed, and the bottle is filled and filled. The process of medicine, cap sealing and the like is suitable for filling and sealing of the bottle type bottle under aseptic conditions.
b. This machine adopts the disc dial to intermittently fill and seal and seal the cap. The cassette bottle from the sterilizing dryer moves forward to the auger part through the bottle conveyor belt, and the auger organizes the disordered state of the bottle into an orderly separation state, and advances the bottle bottles one by one to the right. Into the bottle dial, the bottle puller intermittently delivers the bottle to the intermittently rotating disc wheel member, and a photoelectric detecting switch is arranged at the station, which can control the bottle without the plug function, and the disc dial will be used. The bottles are sent to the following three intermittent stations in a stepwise manner. The three intermittent stations are in turn: the bottom plug station, the filling station, and the cap sealing station.
At the stoppering position, the rubber stopper hopper aligns the rubber plugs in an orderly state into an ordered state, and advances the rubber stoppers one by one to the rubber stopper locators. When the disc wheel member transfers the cassette bottle to the stop position intermittently in the form of stepping, the stopper push rod is lifted from the bottom dead center, and the upper stop plate plate blocks the bottle from moving up, and at the same time, the inner tapered guide The sleeve is inserted into the bottom of the bottle to push the rubber stopper into the bottle. The plug is quickly returned from the top dead center to the starting point, completing the whole process of the plugging.
A photoelectric detection switch is provided at the station after the stopper, and the non-filling function can be controlled.
At the filling station, when the disc wheel member transfers the cassette bottle to the filling station intermittently in a stepwise manner, two new Peristaltic pumps pass through the filling needle. Driven down from the top dead center, insert the bottle into the bottle to inject the liquid into the bottle, and the liquid is returned from the bottom dead center to the top dead center. The filling pump capacity can automatically change the liquid loading by adjusting the touch screen parameters.
In the capping station, the oscillating hopper supplies the aluminum cover to the capping orbiter, and when the bottle is delivered to the capping station, the cap is covered by the bottom of the track orbiter, and the cap is covered by the cap. When the capping station is intermittently paused, the two capping heads are pressed down by the top dead center under the action of the cam, and the aluminum cap is rolled around the three-knife rolling cylinder to complete the capping action. The rolled cap is pushed into the bottle tray through the bottle dial, and the movement is repeated.
