1.Introduction
This versatile machine is tailored to meet the drying and sterilization requirements of various vials and oral liquid bottles, catering specifically to the demands of injection-grade sterile powder, freeze-dried, and vial products. Engineered in compliance with GMP production specifications, it ensures impeccable quality and adherence to industry standards.
Upon exiting the ultrasonic bottle washing machine, bottles seamlessly transition into the stainless steel mesh belt oven. Here, they undergo a series of meticulously designed stages including preheating, high-temperature sterilization, heat preservation, and cooling. The machine utilizes stainless steel heating tubes, renowned for their exceptional thermal efficiency, to elevate temperatures swiftly and efficiently.
Equipped with automatic temperature control and display functionalities, the machine ensures precise monitoring and regulation of temperature settings throughout the process. To maintain stringent cleanliness standards, both ends of the machine are fitted with hundred-level laminar flow hoods, facilitating a controlled and sterile environment conducive to pharmaceutical production.
The heating tubes convert electrical energy into heat energy, which is then distributed evenly through hot air circulation. This ensures that the vials undergo thorough drying, sterilization, and heat removal processes, culminating in optimal conditions for pharmaceutical filling operations. Once the desired temperature is achieved, the vials are efficiently cooled to meet the exacting requirements of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
