2、YGF-2 type ball plug bottle filling and sealing machine
1）Introduction
This machine is the main machine of the ball plug perfume bottle filling production line .
It can mainly complete the automatic filling of the glass bottle, sorting and pressing the inner plug of the ball, sorting and wearing the outer cover , capping and sealing. Four-pump plug-in filling, each bottle is filled twice, not easy to produce foam. Electromagnetic oscillation inner plug and outer cover, double-headed gantry type inner plug, wearing outer cover, accurate position and fast speed; constant torque screw cap to ensure the cover is tight and the appearance is not damaged. The filling ,capping and sealing of the machine is combined into one, with advanced design and compact structure.
