1.Introduction

Following ultrasonic cleaning, the bottles are subjected to multiple rounds of washing with reuse water, ensuring that any remaining residues or impurities are effectively removed. Next, the bottles undergo a series of showers with purified water, both inside and outside, to further cleanse and sanitize them.
To complete the cleaning process, the bottles are subjected to a final purification step involving compressed air blowing. This helps to remove any remaining water droplets from the surface of the bottles, ensuring that they are completely dry and free from moisture.
Once the cleaning process is complete, the bottles exit the cleaning tank and enter the tunnel oven for drying. The tunnel oven utilizes controlled heat to rapidly dry the bottles, ensuring that they are ready for further processing or packaging.
